Tae Bo is an invigorating, active workout. All ages and abilities are encouraged to workout with our certified Tae Bo instructor, Beth Ott. Men and women from the Perry community participate in Tae Bo regardless of church background in a positive environment. Bring a friend or just come meet some new ones! There is no cost to be included in this workout. You must complete a medical waiver before participating.

Beth Ott has been trained and certified by Billy Blanks to lead Tae Bo at the World Training Center in Los Angeles, California. Beth gives instruction for proper use of movement and encouragement in Tae Bo workout. Each evening begins with individual warm up and stretching followed by DVD led workouts. Some ladies take additional time for a shorter cardio segment. Each session lasts about an hour.

It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing to workout in, changing rooms are available. Sturdy shoes along with a workout mat, water bottle and towel are encouraged. Some people prefer to use light hand-held weights and bands to add to their workout.

Child care is available for a minimal cost by Red Cross certified sitters for children under the age of 12.
